1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Auria House (“the Service”), operated at auriahouse.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auria House provides personal finance planning tools sold as individual modules. Currently available: the Debt Payoff Planner. Additional modules may be added over time.

The Service is a planning and tracking tool. It does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calculations and for your own financial decisions.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing & Payments

Modules are available under the following plans:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99/month, billed monthly.
• Yearly subscription: $24.99/year, billed annually.
• Lifetime access: $29.99 one-time payment.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@auriahouse.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page by clicking “Manage billing & subscriptions.” This will open the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel directly.

When you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Your Data

You own the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights to your financial planning data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Auria House is a planning tool, not a financial advisor. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of debt payoff projections, interest calculations, or any other outputs. Always verify important financial figures with your lender or a qualified professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auria House and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
