1. Who We Are

Auria House (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at auriahouse.com and provides personal finance planning tools. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@auriahouse.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what’s needed to provide the service:

• Account information:your email address, name, and a password (managed securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never store your password directly).
• Financial planning data:debt names, balances, interest rates, minimum payments, payment logs, and settings you enter into the app. We do not connect to your bank — all data is entered by you manually.
• Payment information: when you purchase a module, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your credit card number. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and transaction reference to manage your access.
• Usage data:we record a “last seen” timestamp when you use the app. We use Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors interact with our website and to track conversions from our advertising campaigns. These tools may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and purchase events (including purchase value). See sections 5 and 6 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the debt payoff planner and future planning modules.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or lifetime access.
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets). We do not send marketing emails.
• To respond to support requests you send to us.

4. How We Protect Your Data

Your data is stored with enterprise-grade encryption in Supabase (hosted on AWS). All connections use TLS encryption in transit. We enforce row-level security so that each user can only access their own data. Passwords are hashed and managed by Supabase Auth — our application code never has access to them.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase— database hosting and authentication. See their privacy policy.
• Stripe— payment processing. See their privacy policy.
• Google Tag Manager— tag management for loading analytics scripts. See their privacy policy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel— conversion tracking and advertising measurement. The pixel records page views and purchase events to help us measure the effectiveness of our ads. See Meta’s privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in). Additionally, the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager may set cookies to measure advertising performance and track conversions. These cookies help us understand how visitors arrive at our site and whether our ads are effective.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account:

• All your financial planning data (debts, payments, settings) is permanently deleted.
• Your user profile and module access records are permanently deleted.
• Any active Stripe subscriptions are cancelled automatically.
• Your authentication account is removed.

This action is irreversible. You can also request data deletion by emailing support@auriahouse.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@auriahouse.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy

Auria House is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
